Refrigerated Standard Metro per ctn rates 1-20 drops
(min charge of 3 drops applies, min charge is $75(3x$25))

$7 per ctn ( min charge $25 per drop)
9+ctns / Per pallet rate1-3 (forked on/off) $60 per pallet
For multiple pallets rates 4+ start from $30 per pallet(forked on/off)

Manual unload per pallet rate- adhoc rates apply

Waiting time will apply as per adhoc rates if incurred, rates include straight dropoff otherwise excess labour will incur charges, further additional charges may occur for anything unforeseen. CBD/City/Congested areas with limited parking and/or or restricted access and/or stairs/lifts will all generally incur an additional charge of $35 per drop with potentially further charges subject to exact specific requirements. Return stock or return to pickup location on completion or undeliverable drops will incur additional charges. Cartons to not exceed 15kg per carton. Gross Pallet weights must be less than 500kg, stock not exceeding width of pallet and not exceed 1.2m high, larger pallets refer to adhoc rates. Minimum 1 days notice for bookings, all deliveries will be completed on the same day as stock is picked up and all deliveries must be able to be made anytime between 8am-5pm mon-fri (deliveries with time restraints will be charged at adhoc rates.
