By Completing the below form you are confirming you are aware that going forward the rfid card reader installed in your vehicle will be required to be swiped/tapped using the card provided to you each time you start the engine. By swiping/tapping the card you are aware this will replace the need to complete the daily inspection form however by swiping/tapping you are agreeing to the same conditions –
1)CONFIRMING YOU ARE FIT FOR WORK & ARE NOT UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL(abiding by the relevant state limits) OR ANY ILLICIT/ILLEGAL DRUGS(abiding by the relevant state limits and/or prescriptions provided to you)
2)Confirm that to the best of your knowledge & ability you have; performed & checked your entire vehicle, everything is working & your vehicle is roadworthy, at the very least you have performed a full vehicle inspection along with checking tyres, oil, water & if applicable the following -refrig unit, refrigerated area has been cleaned of dirt/debris within the last 24hrs & a full wash out has been performed atleast within the last 7 days or sooner if required.

If at any time you do not agree to these conditions you will not swipe/tap the card and will contact the Redhot office immediately. any notes/issues in regards to your daily inspection will require you to complete the daily inspection so these details can be recorded via the daily inspection form at https://redhotcouriers.com.au/daily-inspection/

Once completed this form will only need to be done again if there are any changes to your circumstances and the details confirmed and submitted

PLEASE NOTE BY CLICKING SUBMIT YOU ARE AWARE THAT A GPS TRACKING DEVICE ALONG WITH TEMPERATURE PROBE WILL BE INSTALLED IN YOUR VEHICLE AT NO COST TO YOU.
We are required to provide you with 14 days notice prior to a gps unit being installed unless this is waived and agreed by you for it to occur sooner, by submitting the below form you accept you are happy to waive the 14 day notice period and proceed as soon as the next appointment for install is available. if you do not accept please do not submit this form and contact the Redhot office.
